Your Role:
As a Crew Leader or Supervisor, you’ll possess a strong analytical mind and are easy to adapt to any situation that may come your way. We are looking for individuals who have excellent team leadership skill and are able to keep projects on time and on budget. You are willing to learn and will provide A customer service our clients.
As a Crew Leader or Supervisor you will be the coach and mentor to your team. You will assist the company in delivering exceptional customer service to all of our customers while meeting and exceeding production goals to include labor and budget. If you are looking for a career path in the green industry this would be the first step to success.
Additional Responsibilities may include:
- Accurately document work activity and results for proper completion of job.
- Supervise the work of crews as it relates to project completion at the job sites.
- Observe and enforce safety procedures and Company policies.
- Reading installation plans, punch lists, and other instructions and relay information to team.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as needed.

The Team Member We Need:
- Excellent Communicator and Team Player
- 1-3 years Landscaping Experience Preferred
- Strong Work Ethic Self-Starter
