Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Job description:
We are a well-established concierge cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice seeking an experienced, dependable Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator to become a long-term member of our close knit team.
We are a small family oriented office with only a handful of employees, so every team member plays an important role. We are looking for someone who is mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently while providing exceptional care and service to our patients.
This position is best suited for someone looking for a long-term career not simply another job.
What We Are Looking For
- A proven history of long term employment and professional commitment.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have remained with previous employers for five or more years, demonstrating reliability, loyalty, and stability.
- Individuals with a pattern of frequent job changes or short term employment may not be the best fit for this position.
- Someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable wearing many hats in a small office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously.
- Welcome and check in patients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Verify insurance information and patient demographics.
- Perform general front desk and administrative duties.
- Work closely with the office administrator to ensure the smooth daily operation of the practice.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a warm, compassionate, and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Several years of prior medical office experience is required.
- Stable employment history with significant tenure at previous positions.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and committed to becoming a long-term member of our team.
If you are looking for a workplace where your contributions are appreciated, your commitment is valued, and you are interested in building a long term career with a supportive practice, we would love to hear from you.
