Physicians office seeking a Office Manager/ Medical Assistant with several years experience. Applicant should be well rounded with some office Management and Physician Assisting skills. On the job training will also be provided. Assistant must be organized, reliable, willing to learn and have good communication skills. The job includes reception, scheduling, co-pays, pre-authorizations, verifying and working with companies, EMR, computer skills and clinical assisting. Other duties may be required as necessary. Daytime hours between 6am and 5pm Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends. Full Time. Benefits include 401-k, paid vacations and paid holidays. Replies are kept confidential.
