Lead Carpenter – Restoration & Rebuild Division$33-$37/hr | Full-Time | Year-Round Work
This is not an easy job, and it’s not for everyone.
We are a busy restoration and rebuild company looking for a true lead carpenter — someone who can run jobs, work hard, solve problems, and produce quality work without being babysat.

We are looking for A-level people only.
This is a fast-paced restoration environment. Every day is different. One day may be a kitchen rebuild, the next day drywall repairs, framing, siding, or a bathroom remodel after water damage.
What We Need
You must be able to:
- Run projects independently
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Stay profitable and efficient on jobs
- Problem solve without constant supervision
- Show up every day ready to work
- Provide your own tools
REQUIRED SKILLS
If you cannot do ALL of the following, please do not apply:
- Drywall installation & repairs
- Painting
- Baseboard & trim installation
- Bathroom rebuilds
- Kitchen rebuilds
- Framing repairs
- Interior carpentry
- Siding repairs
- Small deck repairs/builds
- General punch work & finish carpentry
These tasks are part of almost every job we do.
On-Call Rotation
We are a 24/7 restoration company. Our rebuild team also assists with emergency response on an on-call rotation.
- Rotation is approximately every 4–5 weeks
- Some weeks you may not get called at all
- Some weeks may require 1–2 emergency calls
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$37 per hour based on experience and production
- Full-time position
