About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Salesperson in Houston, TX who loves being out in the field, building relationships, and closing deals.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Doctor Demolition – the person clients trust from the first phone call to the last load of debris hauled off.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect, identify, and follow up on new sales leads
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and property owners
• Visit job sites, understand project needs, and help clients find the right solution
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Conduct light market research to stay ahead of competitors and opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings, track your pipeline, and hit (or beat) your sales targets
• Work closely with the operations team to make sure projects are delivered on time and clients stay happy
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, customer relationships, and contract negotiation
• Comfortable doing presentations, follow-ups, and closing – not just “taking orders”
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in the field and collaborate with the operations team
• Problem-solver with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using sales software and CRM tools to manage your pipeline
• Experience in the construction or demolition industry is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (but not required if you have strong experience)
