What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at DocTerra Mobile Veterinary Services, PLLC?
We are looking for a veterinary assistant or Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! The position is full-time, with a 4 day work week and rotating on-call schedule. Our techs work one-on-one with our doctors on the road in our mobile clinics, as well as rotate working in the office 1-2 days per week. We try our best to keep an 8am-5pm schedule, but being mobile, that varies daily, as there are clean up and restocking duties at the end of each day. This position requires someone who can have a flexible schedule and be understanding of the hectic and sometimes unpredictable nature of a mobile veterinary practice. Applicants should have at least 1 year previous experience in small animal veterinary practice to qualify for this position. Experience working with large animals, and driving large trucks is a plus!
