Assignment Length: Weeks
Schedule: 3 x12's every week, 36 hours
- client will allow 4x12's
- OT after 40 hours
- Providers can work 3x12 or 4x12 each week, not required to do 4
- Providers must be willing to rotate weekends (block scheduling)
EMR: Cerner
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
- Provider needs original COVID vaccine with the most recent booster for LTC. STRICT COVID VAX POLICIES FOR LTC NURSING HOME
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Alaska RN can start with any state license must start AK process after position accepted
