Position Overview
The Site Manager is a dual-role leader who serves as both the administrative manager of the clinic and an active clinical team member. This position is ideal for a hands-on Medical Assistant who thrives in leadership and is comfortable balancing front-line patient care with operational and staff oversight.
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations while also working clinically as a Medical Assistant. This role ensures exceptional patient experiences, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing team. Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) – required.

2–4 years of experience in urgent care, primary care, or a clinical setting.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards.

Ability to perform both administrative leadership duties and hands-on clinical work daily.
