Role Description The Medical Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Grove City, OH. This position is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk environment. Daily tasks include answering and routing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying patient information, and collecting necessary documentation. The Medical Receptionist coordinates with clinical staff to support patient flow, handles basic inquiries regarding services and office procedures, and ensures accurate entry of information into medical office systems.
