Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture setup.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration.
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of building components using woodworking machines and metal stud framing techniques.
- Support site safety protocols by adhering to power tool safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Install various building materials including wood construction materials, stucco, siding, drywall, flooring, tile laying, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry.
- Contribute to restoration projects by performing plastering, mold remediation, caulking, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with knowledge of residential carpentry practices.
- Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for woodworking and general construction tasks.
- Familiarity with woodworking machines and metal stud framing techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures including power tool safety protocols.
- Experience with various construction materials such as wood, concrete forms, siding materials, drywall compounds, tiles, and electrical or plumbing fixtures is preferred.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Additional skills such as schematics reading, CNC fabrication experience, roofing expertise, or restoration industry background are a plus.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
