Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage projects to enhance facility performance. Duties
- Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring high standards of work quality and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and high/low voltage equipment.
- Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and inventory.
- Troubleshoot engineering issues across mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Oversee repairs of HVAC systems including system diagnostics, repairs, and replacements to ensure optimal climate control.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards or system failures; coordinate repairs promptly.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations while adhering to safety regulations and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, industrial maintenance, and electrical work.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair logs for accountability and reporting.
- Collaborate with management on facilities planning initiatives that improve operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems such as HVAC units, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience managing HVAC system repair including diagnostics and component replacement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to electrical work (including high voltage) and industrial maintenance standards.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
- Electrical experience with both high voltage and low voltage systems; ability to use tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing facilities maintenance teams efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
