We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. We are a Dock and Boat Lift Manufacturer looking to Boost sales in MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, and direct sales techniques to successfully engage with Dealers and expand our market presence. Knowledge of Lakeshore Equipment would be a plus. Develop & schedule current MN dealer meetings on a 3-4 week repeating timeframe. Be at Dock Rite when not on the road for weekly meetings, for scheduling and other tasks. Find and add new dealers in MN. Candidate will be expected to be knowledgeable on all product lines. Help produce sales media- photos, brochures, website, videos, advertising. Help develop new products- assist with ideas, feedback, and opinion. Help with dealer programs- pricing and sales for preseason and through out the year. Help with time sensitive product deliveries or warranty parts & customer service. Help oversee set up and rep at tradeshows and special events. Compensation will be Base Salary, with monthly Commissions based on sales.
