About This Opportunity: As a Renewal Manager youâll play a key role in providing overall support for the company via best practices for contract administration, and providing counsel on contractual and business issues, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements during the Renewal process. You will work closely with the Account Management team in assisting with arranging end to end management of the negotiation process of client contracts and be a key player in the scenario modeling and contract execution activities. You will also be responsible for the day to day customer communication, pricing and business requests from and to customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a detailed-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills to learn the business, and to work on accounts and deals that contribute to one of our core initiatives; retention.Â
