Join our family-owned custom kitchen & millwork company (60 years strong). We’re looking for a proven closer with experience in high-ticket sales (luxury kitchens, interiors, real estate, or remodeling).

Qualification
- Proven record in high-ticket sales (luxury kitchens, interiors, remodeling, or real estate strongly preferred)
- Strong closing skills with a consultative, client-first approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRMs (Go High Level experience is a plus)
- Design background or cabinetry/kitchen sales knowledge is highly valuable
- Driven, competitive, and results-oriented personality
Responsibilities
- Greet and consult clients in our showrooms with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Present high-end cabinetry solutions with confidence and clarity
- Conduct detailed client needs assessments
- Collaborate with designers/drafters to prepare accurate proposals
- Deliver and negotiate contracts, guiding clients through the decision process
- Manage sales pipeline via CRM (Go High Level)
- Achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build lasting client relationships for repeat/referral business
