What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Doc's Smokehouse?
DOC's Smokehouse is currently seeking servers for their Dyer location. DOC's is a traditional Southern Smokehouse where we smoke our meat, and cook from scratch everyday. Award winning food is paired with a dynamic bar program with over 60 draft beers and 150 whiskeys.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for hospitality and open availability to work a variety of shifts. Weekends are a must.
Our ideal candidates will have:
- Previous serving experience (but, we will train the right individual!)
- A base knowledge of craft beer, whiskey and wine is preferred
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Amazing customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
