What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser at Docs position at Doc's Marina Grill?
Bussers are on duty to support servers & bartenders in attending to the needs of customers and ensuring that dining areas are sanitary and attractive at all times. They bus dishes from tables to kitchen to reduce the turnover time between parties and keep tables readily available for incoming customers. Bussers readily clean high touch surfaces, keep ice wells full, distribute glassware, perform bathroom checks, pre-bus dishes from guests, and are responsible for side work duties. Their role is to make it easier for servers and bartenders to provide prompt service by attending to as many tables as possible while utilizing their downtime to maintain dining areas.
