Salish Grill is looking for a hard-working prep cook to be responsible for providing a supportive role to the kitchen staff in the preparation of ingredients for the cooking process. Their duties include organizing and labeling food items, performing tasks like chopping ingredients, preparing sauces, sanitizing their work station during and after service, and take on culinary tasks as they arise. Compensation includes participation in our tip pool, the possibility of health benefits and the opportunity to work with great people.
