Responsibilities:
- Help customers select and purchase the motorcyle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Explain motorcycle features and demonstrate on test drives
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
- Ensure every customer has a premium purchasing experience
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated - We look for a great personality, winning attitude, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Motorcycle endorsement is preferred - we will help you obtain it
- Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move 800 pound Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
