What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Team Member position at Doc Morrison?
Doc Morrison is looking for a reliable, personable person to help with running the front desk of our
medical cannabis doctor’s office and mycology retail space. This is not a high-volume call center or
traditional receptionist role. This position is much more about keeping an appointment-driven office
space running smoothly in parallel with an educational mycology storefront. Managing incoming
calls, helping with patient paperwork, and basic office admin are a few of the hats you’ll wear.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and comfortable discussing medical
marijuana and mushroom-related natural medicine with curious individuals.
What You'll Be Doing
● Welcoming patients and helping with the check-in process
● Answering basic patient questions and helping direct them through their visit
● Creating a friendly and comfortable experience in the office
● Handling basic administrative and scheduling tasks
● Maintaining organized records and front-office materials
● Assisting with a mycology storefront and educational space
● Keeping the front desk and patient areas clean and organized
● Helping with miscellaneous office administration needs as they come up

Schedule & Pay
● 20-30 hours per week
● Starting at $22.50 per hour
