Position Summary
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections and accurately identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment and technical resources.
- Complete repairs and maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine services including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, suspension work, cooling system repairs, and engine diagnostics.
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
- Stay current on industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive repair experience required.
- ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
