As an Audio Visual Director with Dobil Laboratories , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of audio visual production and operations. Your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership will drive the delivery of exceptional audio visual experiences across various projects and events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the creative vision for audio visual projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, designers, and production staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio visual elements for events, conferences, presentations, and other productions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, event planners, and property staff to understand requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver outstanding audiovisual solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in audiovisual production, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our offerings.
- Manage audiovisual equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and procurement processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to support project needs and negotiate contracts.
- Provide technical expertise and support during setup, operation, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals and financial targets.
- Uphold high standards of quality, teamwork, professionalism, and safety in all productions and operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event technology production, with a track record of successful projects and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in audio visual equipment operation, including sound systems, lighting, projectors, video cameras, etc..
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in event production.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules and production deadlines.
