This position is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the month-end close process. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial data that supports strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can identify discrepancies, implement improvements in accounting processes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Ultimately, the Senior Accountant contributes to the financial health and transparency of the organization by delivering timely and accurate financial information.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Experience with financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience working in a multi-entity accounting environment.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by providing detailed financial insights.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff to foster professional development and maintain high-quality work standards.
