What You’ll Do
As our IT Support Specialist, you'll support both our corporate office and retail store locations—on-site and remotely. From troubleshooting and maintaining systems to implementing new tech solutions, you'll be at the heart of everything that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
- Resolving technical issues across our locations, working directly with team members and external support partners
- Rolling out system updates and helping us implement smarter, more efficient tech solutions
- Managing hardware and tool inventory to keep projects running without delay
- Creating helpful documentation and support resources for our internal teams
- Collaborating with a passionate, experienced IT team that’s dedicated to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s both technically skilled and customer-service focused—a true go-to resource for our team.
You’ll need:
- 2–3 years in enterprise IT support, ideally in a multi-location retail or service environment
- Experience with POS and VOIP systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, InTune, and Entra
- Experience installing and managing Windows PCs, printers, and related hardware
- Strong communication skills and a solution-first mindset
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible—sometimes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces (think network closets or under desks)
Even Better If You Have:
- A background in automotive, retail, or other service-based industries
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, finance, or operations
