This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Monroe, LA. The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, scheduling repair and maintenance services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Additional duties include providing aftersales support, coordinating repairs with technicians, and maintaining effective communication with customers regarding service updates and recommendations.
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience with Aftersales service and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of commercial truck repair and maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer management systems and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications relevant to the automotive or trucking industry are advantageous
