What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician with strong diagnostic experience and the ability to tackle complex mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and confident in advising customers on needed repairs.

Job Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic/Technician (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic expertise
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing (required)
- State Inspection License (a plus)
- ASE or Manufacturer Certifications (a plus)
- Ability to diagnose and repair to specifications in areas such as:
- Brakes & hydraulics
- Exhaust & fuel systems
- Ignition & electrical
- Suspension & alignment
- A/C & computer systems
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both customers and teammates
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with automotive technology
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe bay
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues
- Maintain and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity
- Provide accurate repair estimates for time and cost
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and vehicle care
- Keep detailed work logs and maintain tools in top condition
- Collaborate with teammates and support shop goals
