Responsibilities:

• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according tairline specification. 
• Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight at all times. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
• Conduct inventory of assigned area as needed
• Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards at all times
• Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines 
• Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
•   Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 

Qualifications:

• Able to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
