Responsibilities:
- Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specification
- Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.
- Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
- Conduct inventory of assigned areas as needed.
- Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed.
- Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards always.
- Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines.
- Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Able to manage through a substantial workload
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proactive and self-organized
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
