Responsibilities:
- Records business transactions and keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Produce invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
- Reviews and verifies of all entries into customers’ billing systems on daily basis.
- Maintains filing systems and daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Utilizes computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies.
- Research, tracks, and resolves accounting problems
- Assists accounts payable and billing department and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or be working towards it.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, technologies, and financial reporting.
- Advanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under time and resource constraints.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in building relationships, handling sensitive issues, and applying tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
