We are looking for a Quality Systems Coordiantor to join our team. The Quality /systems Coordinator will assist the Quality Manager in ensuring parts are properly handled, stored, and tracked in the warehouse. This role focuses on following quality procedures, monitoring part flow, documenting issues, and helping prevent damage or loss.

Responsibilities​​​​​:

• Monitor and support safe handling and storage of parts, including Life Limited Parts (LLPs).
• Assist with proper consolidation of items on pallets and prevent over-stacking.
• Help ensure metal-to-metal contact is avoided during storage or handling.
• Support organization of parts by engine and customer, including maintaining par levels (e.g., HPC blades, HPT blades).
• Track and report use of shop materials (absorbents, oils, rags, etc.).
• Document recurring errors or handling issues.
• Assist in creating inspection checkpoints and visual controls.
• Collect basic quality metrics: misplaced parts, rework frequency, quality escapes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or simple tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues to the quality team.
• Should be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to follow established procedures.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate range $18.00.
• Dental, Vision, and Health insurance.
• Paid time off.
• (Waiting Period may apply. Only full-time employees eligible).

Schedule:

• 8 hours shift Day shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
