Job Summary
The CAM Licensed Property Manager will be responsible for the direct management oversight our condo associations, located in Commercial Blvd and US1. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue with all the integrity, honesty, and respect that defines our company’s management philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all record/files including but not limited to Owner and Tenant information databases, appropriate records of all insurance coverage, hard-copy files of paperwork pertaining to building and Association business, vendors and service providers, miscellaneous Association transactions and communications, etc.
- Collaborate, as needed, with the Board in investigating and reporting all accident claims for damages relating to the operation and/or maintenance of the building’s common areas.
- Provide aid in taking actions as the Board may request and in regulating the Association, unit owners, and occupants of units to comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances, and rules of all appropriate governmental authorities and/or to the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Association as well as applicable rules and regulations, in connection with the operation of the Association and execution of the office duties.
- Provide preparation of and delivery of all letters, reports, and notices as may be reasonably requested by the board.
- Attend meetings of the Board and/or Unit Owners to provide direction and consulting on an as-is basis.
- Provide timely property management consulting advice services for the building and Association to all Board and office personnel on an as-needed basis.
- Supervise contractors performing work on Association property, to ensure that the work is being done per contract.
- Upon request, submit a report in writing to update the Board on ongoing building issues.
- Keep track of meeting minutes
- Provide customer service to residents.
- CAM License
- Experience in Enumerates Software (required)
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Competence with office management software.
- Professionalism.
- Listening.
- 4 or more years of experience in similar positions.
- Salary: 50K plus Bonus Performance per quater.
- Vacation and sick time.
- Office hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Location: Commercial Blvd and US1
