Do It Right Construction is looking for an experienced Residential Lead Remodeler / Crew Lead who can work hands-on while leading a small crew.
We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full-home remodels throughout Northern Utah. We care about quality craftsmanship, keeping projects moving, and doing things right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside a small remodeling crew
- Keep daily job-site work organized and on schedule
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks
- Perform hands-on remodeling work including demo, framing, finish work, and general construction
- Read plans and understand project scopes
- Help with material lists, take-offs, and job-site planning
- Communicate progress, problems, and material needs with ownership
- Maintain quality standards and a clean, professional job site
- Help train and hold crew members accountable
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on residential remodeling construction experience
- Previous experience leading a crew or running job sites
- Strong understanding of residential construction from demo through finish
- Able to work independently, problem-solve, and make good decisions in the field
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable leading others and holding the crew accountable
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
