NOW HIRING: Site Operations Leader

Christiansburg, VA

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Some weekends required (typically 4-5 hours cleaning when needed).

Starting Pay: $20.00 Per Hour

This is one of the most important positions in our company.

You'll help lead one of our largest customer accounts while maintaining the quality and reputation we've built over the past 12 years.

This is a working leadership position.

You won't spend your day sitting behind a desk or simply watching others work. You'll lead by example, inspect quality, coach employees, solve problems, and step in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Coach and provide constructive feedback to a team of 3-5 cleaners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and organize deliveries.
• Train on our interviewing and hiring process.
• Fill in and clean when employees are absent, on vacation, or when staffing changes occur.
• Inspect a nearby church account and fill in there when needed.
• Help maintain a positive, accountable team culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation. (YOUR OWN)
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties.
