Insurance Agent/Customer Service

Job details: Salary Range $20 to $25/hr. plus commissions

Job Description:

• We are looking for highly motivated sales professional

• Insurance or tax experience is not required but a plus
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Help clients with tax questions and DMV process

Insurance Sales Agent Duties:

• As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing insurance solutions to our clients, meeting sales quota, establishing client relationships and using sales strategies to close sales
• Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to educate clients on insurance plans, tax and DMV services
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Must be able to make phone contacts every day
• Must be responsible for following up with new and current customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing client list by phone or in person
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification through calls to insurance companies or web access

Requirements:

• P&C license or Tax License (Not Required/will train)

Schedule

• Weekdays and Weekends (usual hours from 10am to 6pm)

Work Location:

• Montclair, CA (Inside Cardenas Market) or Pomona, CA (Inside Swapmeet)
