Part-Time Line Cook
Do Good Spirits / Do Good Garage 10 Union Street, Roscoe, NY
Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Occasional Mondays as needed

Do Good Spirits is an award-winning craft distillery and restaurant located in Roscoe, NY. Our kitchen is committed to serving high-quality, scratch-made comfort food using fresh ingredients in a professional, team-oriented environment.
We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook who takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their culinary skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with Executive Chef Ross Mendoza in a kitchen that values craftsmanship, consistency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and station setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently during service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
