- Manage inventory control by stocking parts accurately, utilizing inventory and ensuring availability of essential items.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers via phone etiquette, ensuring clear explanations of repairs or parts recommendations.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting seasonal products, accessories, or service packages to enhance customer engagement.
Experience
- Previous dealership or retail sales experience with a focus on parts and service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and order fulfillment efficiently.
- Familiarity with outdoor power equipment repair techniques and maintenance procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and retail math calculations.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong negotiation abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.
