We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Contract Manager to join our growing New York Team on-site in Queens, NY.

Position Purpose:
The Contract Manager will serve as a dedicated operational resource managing the full contract lifecycle across DO & CO’s U.S. operations including both unit operations and F1 contracts. The individual will ensure that contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently executed while maintaining proper corporate governance.

The individual will ensure that contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently executed while maintaining proper corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management - Maintain and update the centralized Contract Log for all agreements, including F1 and operational contracts. - Track key milestones such as renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations. - Manage the execution and approval workflow in accordance with DO & CO’s governance framework.
- Contract Creation & Drafting - Prepare contracts from approved template libraries and coordinate scopes of work with business leads. - Compile necessary documentation for final legal review and approval by the General Counsel.
- Minor Contract Administration & Dispute Resolution - Manage routine contracts and minor disputes valued under $50,000, ensuring consistency and compliance. - Resolve low-level contractual issues and escalate significant matters to the General Counsel as appropriate.
- Contract Analysis & Business Support - Draft abstracts and clause summaries for operational use by business units. - Retrieve specific contract provisions for business leaders, Procurement, or F1 teams to support planning and decision-making.
- Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls - Enforce compliance with DO & CO’s approval matrix and (when finalized) delegation of authority. Strengthen internal control systems to promote transparency, audit readiness, and consistency across business lines. Partner with Compliance and Finance to maintain governance documentation and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Law, or a related field.
- Juris Doctor (JD) Preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, or Legal Administration is highly preferred
- Proactive and self-organized
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
- Ability to work independently

- Ability to manage through a substantial workload

- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines

- Estimated Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 Annually
