Overview
We are hiring a reliable and responsible part-time cleaner for a condominium property in Brunswick, Maine. The position is 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling. The workdays can be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The main responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the condominium hallways, elevators, one bathroom, and a small package room. The job is focused on keeping the common areas clean, organized, and presentable for residents.
Pay is $475 per week, paid weekly. We are looking for someone dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider responsible candidates who are willing to learn and do quality work.
