Job purpose
The warehouse associate would be responsible for assisting with basic warehouse functions including cycle counts, inventory movement, inventory allocation, inventory storage and warehouse organization along with the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.
Duties and responsibilities
- Receive and distribute manufacturing parts and materials
- Pick, pack and label parts, media, and other materials to be shipped domestically and internationally to customers and/or field technicians
- Process shipments using UPS Manifest
- Palletize LTL and freight
- Enter and close SRO’s
- Pick parts from stockroom for production
- Process RMAs and field returns
- Process inbound vendor purchases including receiving and inspection of incoming parts
- Scan and log serialized components
- Packing and shipping of all e-commerce items
- Kitting and creation of sub-assemblies
- Component testing
- Performing material cycle counts as needed
- Responsible for basic warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Kitting and creation of sub-assemblies

- Printing, packing, and shipping of all e-commerce items
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in shipping and/or receiving preferred
- Knowledge of UPS WorldShip preferred
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift preferred, but willing to train and certify
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
- Knowledge of an inventory database system such as EpiCor a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
- Be able to stand/walk for 8-12 hours.
- Lift/Pull/Push at least 45 lbs. consistently throughout a shift
- Reach/Grip/Bend/Stoop/Crouch for at least 50% of the time during the shift
- Be able to use visual and auditorial senses throughout the shift
- Ability to work in an office setting, and spend primary working hours at a desk using a computer and other office equipment such as printers, copiers, postage machines, etc.

Ability to wear required PPE if in any manufacturing area.
