The Quotation Specialist is responsible for obtaining market information and providing quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge to prepare packages for various projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing large project bids.
• Must work closely with various departments within the organization.
• Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.) and meet Customer Timelines/Dead Lines.
• Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors.
• Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business.
• Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions. Other duties assigned.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in PVF sourcing required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient project management skills and able to multi task.

This is a hybrid position. The position will require in office training and other activities, with the opportunity to work remotely afterward.
