The Onsite Material Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.

The Onsite Material Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service existing accounts.
- Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
- Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
- Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
- Cultivate and grow customer base.
- Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.
- High School diploma and/or equivalent.
- Extensive mill tool knowledge REQUIRED
- Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a Plus
- Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
- Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
- Work closely with other departments or business units.
- Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
