Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Handle food safely, following proper hygiene practices
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages
Skills
- Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly within the pizza or restaurant industry
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
