Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including commercial, hospitality, and institutional facilities
- Lead, motivate, and train janitorial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity and service quality
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes
- Implement best practices for laundry services, housekeeping management, and custodial procedures
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly while maintaining professional communication with clients and staff
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership in managing laundry operations or housecleaning services
- Familiarity with custodial procedures within institutional or corporate settings
- Prior experience in managing large-scale cleaning projects or facilities is preferred
