What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes following our proven systems and checklists
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work clients notice and trust
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Work solo or with a small team depending on the day's schedule
- Use our mobile app to clock in/out and view assignments
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude — this isn't optional
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone
- Someone trustworthy — you'll be in clients' homes, often alone
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet all day
- Cleaning experience is a plus — we provide full paid training either way
