The Role
We are hiring a Field Trainer / Quality Control Lead to support and elevate our cleaning teams in the field.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will:
- Train employees
- Launch new accounts
- Inspect buildings during and after shifts
- Support Team Leads in real time
This is NOT a desk job
This is NOT a passive role
This IS a field leadership position
You are not just responsible for your own work — you are responsible for the standard everywhere you go.
Schedule
- Typical hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Most work happens after 5:00 PM
- Occasional later evenings or weekends required
If you are not available during these hours, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
New Account Launches
- Help set up and support new client accounts
- Ensure teams are trained and ready from day one
Training & Development
- Train new hires and retrain current team members
- Support Team Leads with onboarding and coaching
Quality Control
- Perform inspections during and after cleaning shifts
- Catch and fix issues before clients notice
Field Support
- Work alongside Team Leads during shifts
- Step in when teams are short or need support

- Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
