What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter position at DNC Facility Services?
Day Porter, Full-Time | Plano, TX | $17.00–$19.00/hr
DNC Facility Services has cleaned commercial buildings in Texas since 1982. We’re family-owned, not a franchise, and we’re building a new team for a brand-new three-floor medical office building in Plano opening this November.
Two openings, Monday–Friday:
- Opener: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Closer: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Both shifts include a one-hour unpaid lunch.
What you’ll do: Keep the building clean and stocked while patients and staff are in it. That means restroom and exam-room stocking rounds, lobby and waiting areas, break rooms, spill response, and receiving supply deliveries. You’re the face of DNC during the day.
What we offer:
- Paid training, including safety, bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and HIPAA awareness
- Uniforms and all supplies
- A steady daytime schedule at one location
- Room to grow with the company
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and on time
- Professional and friendly around patients and staff
- Takes pride in the work
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, employment eligibility verification, and reference checks
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
