Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their banking needs through active listening and engaging conversations.
• Promote and sell banking products and services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and credit cards, through effective upselling techniques.
• Assist prospective clients in opening new accounts by explaining banking products, services, and account features clearly and confidently.
• Assist clients with loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation, explaining terms, and guiding them through application procedures.
• Assess loan applications by conducting thorough credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessments to determine borrower eligibility.
• Manage customer relationships by providing personalized financial advice, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Detect and prevent potential fraud or suspicious activity by monitoring transactions and adhering to security protocols.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management activities at teller stations or digital platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account updates, and transaction logs using financial software systems.Skills
• Proven experience in financial sales with a strong ability to upsell products effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty.
• Solid understanding of banking operations such as loan processing, cash handling, and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods to safeguard customer assets.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently using 10 key typing skills for quick data entry.
