Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Track and compile collected data.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data.
- Communicate training needs and resources.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
- Test and review created materials.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Instruct employee training and onboarding.
- Conduct training through new materials.
- Review employee performance and learning.
- Identify and utilize best training methods and materials to include computer-based training and instructor-led training.
- Serve as training material custodian. Revises material based on trends and lessons learned to maintain operational safety, procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Works with station management to provide support in meeting corporate training improvements and standards.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Can meet the Station’s attendance standards

- Effective communication skills – directly and leading virtually
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering effective training material
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and competing deadlines

- Solid computer skills, familiar with software applications
- Decisiveness, attention to detail, able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels
- Experience with training in general aviation, commercial aviation, or both preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Possess/maintain a valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
