On the ground, dnata USA keeps 27 of the country’s major airports connected – both with each other and the world - including John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City. Handling 200,000 tonnes of cargo, guiding 15,000,000 passengers and keeping 50,000 flights in the air each year, the work that the dnata USA team complete on the ground is crucial to keeping the country in the air.

Comply with the Location's attendance/tardiness and uniform standards.

Performs basic de-icing service to commercial aircraft.

Responsible for checking aircraft for leading edge ice and frost.

Apply deice fluid type 1 and 4 to aircraft wings, fuselage, and tail.

Responsible for driving large heavy vehicles around aircraft while de-icing operation is being performed.

Responsible for accurate accounting of de-icing fluid transactions.

Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles.

Operate headset/radio to provide communication between ground crew, flight crew, and dispatch.

Provide additional service as required as required by the needs of the operation.

Know and comply with all safety procedures.

Able to meet the Station's attendance standards.

Experience driving large, heavy equipment preferred.

Able to continually lift push/move 70 lbs.

You have:

Possess/maintain a valid State driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.

High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Specific shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needs.

Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operation.
