We are a customized 3PL delivery and warehouse operations management, inventory control, transportation management, and workforce company. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in leading our workforce on-site and ensuring operational excellence within our client’s warehouse environment.

Rate:

• $60K - $63K Annually

Schedule:

• Day shift 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM /- according to operational needs

Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of warehouse associates supporting customer operations
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for productivity, quality, and attendance
• Monitor daily performance and address gaps in real time
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
• Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, staging, and loading activities
• Ensure all work aligns with customer processes and standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with the customer
• Escalate and resolve operational issues impacting performance
• Ensure proper receiving, handling, and order fulfillment procedures
• Support inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Identify and report damaged or missing products
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll submission
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Address employee concerns and performance issues professionally
• Enforce all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure proper use of equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Warehouse Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience required
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Experience managing teams of 5 associates
• 3PL or client-site experience preferred
• Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
