What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at DNA?
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to help lead strategy and execution for a small group of key clients.
This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of client management, creative strategy, paid media, analytics, and AI-powered marketing execution. You’ll work closely with clients, media buyers, and creative teams to develop campaigns, analyze performance, and help turn ideas into results.
We care more about capability, adaptability, and taste than years of experience.
Ideal candidates:
• Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Understand paid media, creative strategy, attribution, and performance marketing fundamentals
• Comfortable working across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, landing pages, and analytics tools
• Able to develop ad concepts, hooks, testing ideas, and creative briefs
• Excited about using AI tools to accelerate creative and operational workflows
• Thrive in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
• E-commerce / DTC experience is a plus
This role can be fully remote or hybrid.
Compensation: $60,000–$110,000 depending on experience and capabilities.
