We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Studio Manager to become the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and driving sustainable growth.This is a key leadership role for a proactive individual who loves building relationships and managing all facets of a successful studio.Position OverviewAs the Studio Manager, you will be the operational and administrative leader of the studio. You will be responsible for everything from driving sales and managing client relationships to handling all administrative duties and coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, has a passion for wellness, and possesses a strong sales and customer-service mindset.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for all new leads, promptly following up on marketing inquiries via phone and email.• Proactively manage the entire sales-cycle from calling new prospects and conducting studio tours to closing new membership agreements.• Oversee all membership renewals and build lasting relationships with our clientele to ensure high retention rates.• Champion an exceptional in-studio experience, resolving any client issues with professionalism and care.2. Studio Administration & Operations• Manage all ongoing administrative aspects of the studio, including the front desk, client scheduling software, and instructor shifts.• Oversee all studio assets and services, ensuring equipment (reformers, etc.) is well-maintained, the studio laptop is functional, and cleaning services are performing.• Handle client payments, new member agreements, and payment-related inquiries.• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for all studio needs, including office supplies, retail, and professional services.3.
